Refund Policy – Fast Group Fashion

All our products are made-to-order and printed individually based on your request.
Because of this, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for reasons such as wrong size, change of mind, or custom design choices. Each item is created especially for you.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately at fastgroupfashion@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. In such cases, we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
Items sent back to us without first contacting us will not be accepted.


Exceptions / Non-returnable items

  • All custom printed products (such as our t-shirts and hoodies) are non-returnable.

  • We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


European Union – 14 Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason.
⚠️ However, this right does not apply to goods that are made-to-order or personalized – which includes all our products.
The only exception is if your product arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, in which case we will replace it free of charge.


Refunds

If a return/refund is approved (e.g., due to defective or wrong item), you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it may take some time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
